About EV Armenia
EV Armenia is a network of 33 EV charging stations across Armenia, with 66 connectors, and the software that runs it: an OCPP server, payments with Idram, IDBank/ArCa cards and Fastshift, an admin panel and driver apps in Armenian, Russian and English. The platform author is Andrew Boiko. The same software is offered to other charging-network owners.
What we do
A charging network
AC charging points at hotels, restaurants and shopping centres in 30 places, from Yerevan to Kapan. Every price is shown before you start. See the station list.
Driver app
A web app for finding stations, paying and following a session, with guest charging and no account needed. See the app.
Software for operators
The platform behind the network is available to station owners: OCPP server, wallet, payments, admin panel and white-label apps. See for business.
Who is behind it
The platform is designed and written by Andrew Boiko, who is named as the author on the home page. We do not publish a list of customers, awards or licences, because we have nothing to show that we could not verify. When there is something to report, it will appear here with a date.
How we write these pages
- Every figure has a source and a date, shown next to it or in the sources list.
- Station numbers come from our catalogue and the page says when it was taken.
- Facts we could not verify are left out or flagged as unconfirmed.
- Law and tax pages carry a date and a note that they are not legal advice.
- The Armenian pages are translations that a native speaker has not fully reviewed yet; tell us if something reads wrong.
- We say what we do not have: for example, our stations are AC only, and we do not support Telcell, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What is live today
- Charging network: 33 AC points at 30 locations; the price in AMD per kWh is shown before you start.
- Web app (PWA): map, station card, start and stop, wallet and receipts in Armenian, Russian and English. Sign-in is by an e-mail code, and a guest can pay for one session without an account.
- Payments: Idram, IDBank/ArCa-compatible cards and Fastshift. See payment methods.
- Operator tools: an admin panel with roles, two-factor sign-in and an audit log, plus tariffs and station management.
- Station connections: OCPP 1.6J, 2.0.1 and 2.1.
What is not there yet
- Native iOS and Android apps are marked “coming soon”. The web app works in any modern browser and can be added to the home screen.
- DC fast charging: all our points are AC.
- Telcell, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported.
- Fiscal receipts (e-CRM) are not issued by the platform; see licensing and tax for the rules that apply to operators.
Where the stations are
The network runs from Yerevan to Kapan in 30 locations, most of them at hotels, restaurants and shopping centres. Browse them on the station list, or read the city pages for Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor.
Open data
The station list is published as GeoJSON and CSV. Positions are approximate (about 100 m).
