EV charging networks and apps in Armenia: comparison
Public charging in Armenia is split between several operators, and no single app shows all stations. The main ones we could verify are EV Armenia (AC, web app in Armenian, Russian and English, guest payment), Team Energy of Telecom Armenia (AC and DC, iOS app) and EcoCars (app for Armenia and Georgia); Auto Gallery Recharge announced a fast-charging network for 2026. Keep one or two operator apps and use PlugShare or Open Charge Map to discover stations.

Maps and directories that list several networks
- PlugShare lists 369 stations in Yerevan including 38 DC fast and about 844 across Armenia when regions are summed, with networks that include EcoCars (53 in Yerevan), Solara and Chargee. The data is user-submitted and includes duplicates and inactive points; it is useful for discovery, not as an official count.
- Open Charge Map is an open database; many entries are undated or “not recently verified”, so treat prices there as a lead.
- Electromaps shows only one station in Armenia, which illustrates how stale some aggregators are.
How to choose
- Start with your connector. The cars in Armenia come from the United States, China and Europe, so Type 1, Type 2, GB/T and CCS all appear; see connector types in Armenia.
- Decide AC or DC for the trip. Overnight, hotel or restaurant stops fit AC. Intercity trips need DC where it exists; route pages such as Yerevan to Tbilisi by electric car show the gaps.
- Check how you pay. Some networks need an account and an app; EV Armenia lets you pay as a guest. See payment methods.
- Check the date of every price. A price without a date is not a price. We date every number on our pages.
Questions and answers
Which app works at most stations in Armenia?
No single app covers all operators. EV Armenia covers its own 33 points, Team Energy and EcoCars have their own apps, and PlugShare or Open Charge Map show many stations from several networks.
Is there a roaming card that works across Armenian networks?
We found no public roaming scheme between the Armenian operators. Each network has its own app and payment.
Does EV Armenia have DC fast chargers?
Not in the catalog of 28 October 2026: all 33 points are AC, with up to 21 kW on a Type 2 connector.
Where is the Tesla Supercharger network?
