EV Armenia charging app
The EV Armenia app is a free web app (PWA) that works in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. You find a charger on a live map or scan its QR code, see the price before you start, pay with Idram, a bank card or Fastshift, follow the session live and get an e-mail receipt. No account is needed: you can charge as a guest. Native Android and iOS apps are coming soon.
What the app does
Live map
Stations with connector types, power and status: free, busy or offline. Filter by the connector your car uses.
Price before you plug in
The rate per kWh, any session or idle fee, and the prepaid amount are shown before you confirm. The idle fee starts only after a grace period and has a cap.
Your payment
Idram, bank cards through the IDBank (ArCa) gateway, Fastshift or the in-app wallet. Cards are handled by the bank; we never see your card number.
Live session
Power, energy and cost while you charge; a push notification when it is done; a slider to stop.
Receipt
A receipt with energy, duration and total arrives by e-mail. Prepaid money you did not use is refunded to your card or kept as credit.
Your language
Armenian, Russian and English throughout.
Charge as a guest or with an account
Scan the QR code on the charger, choose how to pay and add an e-mail for the receipt. As a guest you pay up front, and what happens to the unused part depends on the payment method:
- Bank card: rest refunded. The unused part goes back to your card.
- Idram or Fastshift: rest kept as credit. The unused part stays on your balance under your e-mail for next time.
With an account you also get a wallet, session history and receipts in one place. Sign-in is by a code sent to your e-mail, so there is no password to remember. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Add it to your home screen
- iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
- Android (Chrome): open the menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- After that it opens full screen like an installed app. It still needs a connection for the live map, prices and payment.
If something does not work
- The charger does not start: check that the cable is fully seated in the car and the charger, look at the connector’s status in the app, and try another connector if the station has one.
- A payment looks pending: wait a few minutes. Payments that stay unconfirmed are checked again with the payment provider.
- Money was taken but no charging happened: write to info@ev-armenia.net with the station name, the time and the payment method.
Privacy
We ask for an e-mail address for sign-in and receipts. Card numbers are entered on the bank’s page and never reach us. Read the privacy policy and see how to delete your account.

- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Telcell.
- Saved cards and automatic top-up.

Questions and answers
Do I need to install anything?
No. The web app runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen. Native apps are coming soon.
Do I need an account?
No. You can charge as a guest with a card or Idram, and add an e-mail for the receipt.
Which payment methods does it accept?
Idram, bank cards via IDBank (ArCa), Fastshift and the in-app wallet. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Telcell are not supported yet.
Is it free?
The app is free. You pay only for the energy and any fees shown on the station’s price card.
Which languages are available?
Armenian, Russian and English.
